Why is our guarantee 6 months instead of 30 or 60 days? It’s this simple. We are that confident in the quality of our product and ingredients. It’s very important to us that are happy with our product and our company!If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with Vitalytes, we will refund your purchase no questions asked. We want you to be completely satisfied with your products and your experience with our company. To ensure your satisfaction, we have made it easy to return product for a refund.
2. REFUND PROCESS
Our refund Process is as follows. You may return it within 6 months from receipt for a full refund or product exchange subject to the following refund process. Contact our customer support center 24 hours a day at Support Support@vitalytes.com or call us at 866-677-6444. (Please note that we will be unable to respond to calls outside office hours 9am to 5pm USA Texas local time). In the email please raise a ticket regarding refunds and specify the reason you are not 100% satisfied with Vitalytes. You will need to include
- Proof of purchase
- The unused portions of the product
- The original product labels
- The empty containers
Please note that we will not accept refunds for reasons that we deem unreasonable.Used/Empty product containers may only be returned if adequate time has elapsed to consume the product as directed on the label. For example, we will not accept a six-month supply of empty product containers after only one or two months.
You acknowledge that Vitalytes reserves the right in its absolute discretion to deny refunds that are unreasonable. The return address for all refunds is Distributed by: Vitalytes 37 Inverness Drive East Suite 100 Englewood, CO 80112. Do note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using delivery confirmation to avoid any delays.All packages returned refused or undelivered will be refunded the cost of the product minus shipping fees incurred by refusal of the package.
All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 3 days of receiving the package. We will access refunds on a case by case basis. Returns must be received in our offices within 6 months from billing date.Please allow up to 5 days for your financial institutions to process the refund and 7 days for delivery of checks.
